3Ball Academy will be hosting the 3rd Annual HOOP Festival & Live For Shelby 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, benefiting the Shelby Sudbrink Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
The Hoop Festival is a great opportunity for young athletes to enhance their basketball skills with the PRO SHOT Shooting System!
Similar to previous years in which shooting clinics, PGC modules & 3on3 tourneys have energized so many players, this year we'll take it to another level. The Hoop Festival will run at Mission Prep HS in SLO and offer any co-ed basketball player aged 8-18 a chance to learn, improve & enjoy.
At 3Ball Academy our core pillars of Train, Compete, Share exemplify how countless young people have grown to be better people & athletes. Train, Compete, Share will be in full force as we help co-ed Central Coast basketball players enjoy a memorable event. Here's what to expect:
ProShot is considered a top-level shooting program designed to systematically describe, teach and implement the finer details of proper shot mechanics and mentality. It enriches athlete skill sets while improving their eye for detail & accuracy. This 4-hour clinic has been specially designed to help refine & motivate basketball improvement. A mixture of court & video, skill work & shooting, leadership & habit planning, brought to you in an efficient & local package. Athletes will be placed in small (similarly skilled/mentality) groups. Athletes will "FOREST" their physical & mental game while road-mapping future success & workout plans.
In addition to the ProShot instruction and 500+ repetitions per player, the day will conclude with the wildly popular 3on3 tourney. The annual tourney, now in its 3rd year, named for & generating memories & proceeds for Live For Shelby (LFS, 3on3) with player gifts & prizes to division winners offers a chance for players to enjoy 5-6 refereed/scored half-court games in separated (co-ed/age/skill), competitive divisions. Timed games with on-time scheduling.

These events are open to any player from any program. Due to time and participant limitations, it will be impossible to accommodate all interested players. This event will require PRE-REGISTRATION HERE prior to the day-of final registration. In order to maximize athlete/instructor interaction & development, there is a cap for the ProShot clinic.

#1. ProShot Clinic & 3on3 Tourney, $90
#2. ProShot Clinic Only, $65
#3. 3on3 Tourney Only, $30
Player RSVP's will be accepted immediately until full. Additionally, please identify teammates for 3on3 Tourney. Players are encouraged to set their own 3on3 team (up to 5 players) and can have any teammate/friend. Players are not required to have a predetermined team and may be placed on a "free agent team" (per availability) at registration. Pre-Set teams typically receive scheduling priority over Free Agent teams.
Please let me know if you have additional questions. Attending players must bring their own ball and there will be a follow up email for ProShot clinic athletes regarding what additional items to bring.
